Customer Problem:

Warehouse staff sometimes sends Finished Goods not the same as they scanned and also customer want to optimize their working efficiency by using RFID for the raw material and finished goods label.

Our Solution:

We are developing nimble RFID system for printing RFID tag, receiving material with RFID tag and gate, confirm pick list and create delivery/outbound finished goods with RFID tag and gate. Raw material and finished good are using different RFID specification because the difference between raw material and finished component. Some material contains of full metal, so we are using special RFID and gate for metal. We are working with SATO printer to print RFID tag. This RFID system is integrated with customer ERP system using API.
